Take the course on-line, in real-time or recorded, from the comfort of your own computer. These are much more than webinars. Our on-line students are connected via chat and/or voice. Our class size is kept small, 15 students so I can get to know each of you and you can get to know each other. You will be viewing our presentation and live demos. The class video is made available usually the next morning.

Class 1 and 2 - We start by assuming you are brand new. Likely you are not new to Facebook, but might be new to recent changes. We want to fill in any holes that might have eluded you so we start with understanding a personal profile and how it can also help your business by offering tools to research and network. Then we move on to creating a business page and all that involves.

Classes 3 through 6 - Here we delve deeply into strategy, metrics and how it all ties together.

How can I ask questions during the Internet Strategies 2011 course?

During the live presentations, you'll be able to speak directly through your computer microphone or you can chat. During much of the class, you might be muted to provide better quality audio for all, but you always have the ability to 'chat' and those questions will be answered quickly. The classes are very interactive. At any point, I could give control to a student to show us what they've accomplished.
